A gentler way to catch up

Digital work, explained at a pace that actually works for you.

Xapoze is a training program for office workers who feel the pace of digital change has outrun them. We cover the specific tools and habits of modern office work, taught slowly, clearly, and without judgment.

Our Approach

Why this program exists

Most digital training assumes you already know the basics and just need the newest trick. We start somewhere else. Cloud drives replaced shared folders. Chat quietly took over from email for certain conversations. Meetings moved onto platforms that nobody sat down and explained. Somewhere inside all of that, a lot of capable, experienced people got left behind through no fault of their own. Xapoze was built to close that gap without rushing anyone through it. Sessions move at a deliberately unhurried pace, repeat whatever needs repeating, and treat every question as a reasonable one to ask.

We are based in Katowice and work with office staff, administrators, and teams across a range of industries who want the digital side of their job to feel manageable again.

The habits and tools we focus on

Four areas come up again and again in workplaces today. We treat each one as its own subject, not a rushed afterthought.

Email & Messaging Habits

Managing a busy inbox, understanding when a message belongs in chat instead of email, and writing with a tone that reads as professional rather than stiff or careless.

Cloud Files & Sharing

Understanding shared drives, version history, and permission settings, so that opening a shared document no longer feels like a risk of breaking something.

Video Meetings, Explained

Joining a call with confidence, sharing a screen without panic, and knowing the small etiquette details that make video meetings feel ordinary rather than stressful.

Everyday Digital Safety

Recognizing suspicious messages, building sensible password habits, and understanding what IT departments actually need from day-to-day users.

How the training actually feels

01

One tool at a time

A session covering five different platforms in an hour tends to leave everyone remembering none of them. We pick a single tool or habit per session and stay with it until it feels ordinary. Some groups need one meeting to feel comfortable with shared folders. Others need three. Both are fine.

02

Small groups, real questions

Cohorts stay small enough that a question can be asked mid-sentence without waiting for a break. Larger workshops tend to move at the pace of the most confident person in the room. We aim for the opposite: a pace set by whoever needs the most time that day.

03

No question counts as too basic

A fair number of participants tell us they have been quietly avoiding asking how something works because everyone else seems to already know. That assumption is usually wrong, and it is not a useful one to carry into a training room. We try to remove it early, so the rest of the session can actually be useful.

04

Practice with your own working files

Where possible, sessions use the actual tools your workplace already runs on, rather than a generic demo environment. Practicing on a real shared drive or a real inbox, in a setting where mistakes carry no consequence, tends to build confidence faster than a slideshow ever could.
